Reginald Kell recordings ordered before Christmas. I would have expected the order to be cancelled or fulfilled by now, but I just checked and it's still on my list. At least it doesn't appear to have gone AWOL, which I think happened with a recording of Honaegger's symphonies a while back.

I'm still waiting for this , ordered in January (though it's only recently been published so I guess that's ok)

Murray Perahia's Mozart Piano Concertos box due to arrive tomorrow. This will replace the massive two box set which I bought when it first appeared. I'm also awaiting
the second volume of the complete Mercury Living Presence recordings, but that won't be for a couple of weeks.

                Slightly intrigued, I can't find it anywhere . . .

Amazon says 1-3 weeks delivery on this. Good to see that you are keeping abreast of all the thinking - will inform your future recommendations

I bought Feathers in the staff recommendations section of the Foyles shop at the Royal Festival Hall.

The full title is Feathers - The Evolution of a Natural Miracle, and it covers everything from feathered dinosaurs through birds of paradise to fashion.
The author is Thor Hanson, he's a field biologist and naturalist, and a gifted writer.
                      The publisher is Basic Books.

I have located it quite easily on Amazon, and they have both print and kindle editions.

I hope that helps, it's a fascinating volume!

Book; A Sting in the Tail by Dave Goulson.

It's about bees & mentions a delightful young lady & her ' sniffer ' dog from his department at Stirling University, amongst other extremely interesting matters & whom we have had visit my son's garden nearby, search for & discover underground nests.

Edit, if it will help save space Chez Bouef, I can find a home for the Carter/Varese/Berio !!

Cheers. An ex-work colleague and I offload doubles, accidental double-purchases etc. He gave me a great Britten/Rattle set recently and I will give him 5 CDs from the recent Sinopoli scenario and these latest Boulez doubles.
