Beef, you better own up to which Birtwistle CDs you feel are "complete pony", then we can all have fun attacking you about it and twisting your arm to listen again... and again... (Ah-Ah - PUT that Led Zep AWAY! NOW!)

Don't ask me why I bought them, all I can say is that I was young. Absolute tom-tit.

I also have about 3 Harrison Birtwistle CDs that are complete pony and should be chucked.

Someone start a new thread focusing on what cds people want to chuck.

Quite a few of my treasures have gone to the grandkids already, but I have hung on to faves.

A whole load of Marco Polo and Naxos CDs from the current MDT offer (mainly at £2.75 or less per disc), plus the Newton Classics Ravel/Haitink set, and James Tenney's music for Violin and Piano (Hat Hut).

Yes, I went overboard - but when I saw the added postage of over £8 I panicked. Probably a big mistake.

not too adventurous, but the chopin EMI 200th complete for £14.99 from the dreaded amazon.

Needed to get the sonatas and some other bits, so worth a punt at that price I guess.
