You have to register with an email address. Once done, you click the "From your computer" button.... find the image on your system... click on it and it will upload
Once you see the image on the imgur page, click on it and it will enlarge from the thumbnail. You will see a series of codes, bottom left will be "BBCode (message boards)" - copy that code, paste it into the box here on FOR3.
If you then click 'preview' message in the 'advanced' screen, you should see your image in place of the link.

My story relates to the ' Lewis Chessmen ' They were much in the news towards the end of last year & as always, not without some comment on the Queen - why does she look so sad & grief-stricken etc..
I believe I have found the answer. I photographed a dramatic reconstruction of the scene & then sent it to the British Museum. I had a letter in reply within days from James Robinson, Head Curator of Medieval Studies.
Great praise for my picture but a reminder that no answer can be the difinitive one, like the smile on the face of the Sphinx !
However, he did ask if I would be kind enough to allow them access to my photo for use by the museum ( so it can't be that far of the mark !)

It isn't given us to know those rare moments when people are wide open and the lightest touch can wither or heal. A moment too late and we can never reach them any more in this world.
