I think i remember seeing recently that 20 % of male drivers have a serious accident in their first year after passing the test. Its 10% for girls.

there should also be an allowance for sales reps to have a couple of free speeding infringements each year......after all accumulating points is easy to do on 40k miles a year !!I will not be pushed, filed, stamped, indexed, briefed, debriefed or numbered. My life is my own.
