Just back online and finished chattering about chocolate (Anna, q.v.)... And I see that Northo is within a spoonful of wolfing this F down...
"...the isle is full of noises,
Sounds and sweet airs, that give delight and hurt not.
Sometimes a thousand twangling instruments
Will hum about mine ears, and sometime voices..."
Aha! Prokofiev's ballet "Chout"?
I'm getting there....
PS: Ivan The Fool (Tolstoy?)
Huzzah! Yes, Ivan the Fool by Alexander Tchereprin from the story by Leo Tolstoy (as opposed to Ivan the Terrible by Prokofiev)
Holst - The Perfect Fool
A creamy dessert - Gooseberry Fool
And the other I threw in expecting BBM to put a toe in the water - Michael Finnissy's Tom Fool's Wooing (choral for 14 voices)
So, Northy has disproved the old saying that Fools rush in where Angels fear to tread and, I have even supplied my own coleslaw.
Over to northy for a G that'll hit the spot!
