The answer is Josef Matthias Hauer: inventor of the twelve tone row. Only he left it at that or thereabouts. He wrote lots of Zwölftonspiele, very short works, I believe he
even paid some people with them (trifles, the baker the postman etc).

Wrote some works : Die schwarze Spinne a Singspiel, Salambo an opera. Hermann Scherchen conducted the premieres of some of his works. Not sure what "changes" is about - did he rewrite a few bits?
