      Ooooooooooooh so close!!

She's not the P word (or should I say, name), not the solution... but she will lead you to it.

Think beach, seaside... someone there near the sea....
"...the isle is full of noises,
Sounds and sweet airs, that give delight and hurt not.
      Sometimes a thousand twangling instruments
Will hum about mine ears, and sometime voices..."

There you go!! Cold or no cold, still a force to be reckoned with!

Yes, you have correctly pointed at Percy

Handel ("caro Sassone") in the Strand (German for beach)
Molly (Dim. of Mary) on the Shore

              - both by Grainger.

Now the last element. Not by Grainger. So what is it?

Looks like Quentin Tarantino, who has used songs by all four in soundtracks of his films.
