Pierre Laval was four times president of the council of ministers
    [and Laval is in Quebec]

EDIT - Trois-Rives is in Quebec

... how many times was Ch de Gaulle President?
His station is on that metro line - and he notoriously proclaimed "Quebec Libre!"

Porte Dauphine - Nation is just one line....
(I'll be back in half-an-hour - that's not a clue, just a public service announcement!)

                I'm stumped
so we're looking for another Quebec municipality [of which there seem to be hundreds] which translates as ...... I'm not sure what ......... train lines .......... metro stations ............... or something ????

Two of the clues lead to localities that have already been identified, while the third describes all of a transport system in one European capital and one line of a similar system in another. (Betjeman fans might be at an advantage here, although mercia has already given us the first part of the third element to the answer).
The three groups of musicians all earn their living in 'Q', which has also been identified.

The third element is not a locality, but the musicians concerned are, as in the other two cases, based in Quebec. All we need are the names of the three groups of musiciens québécquois concerned.
(I'll be back just after 2100)

                          I hate you all!

"...the isle is full of noises,
Sounds and sweet airs, that give delight and hurt not.
                          Sometimes a thousand twangling instruments
Will hum about mine ears, and sometime voices..."
