It's also the reason, when you wash the casserole pot you cannot leave the base soaking in water ......... Domestic God? I'm having my doubts now ..........
    Edit: Maybe Flay has a swanky start of the art slowcooker which can be put in the oven, I know mine cannot. So apologies for casting aspersions on his catering abilities!!
