I accept the challenge of the H. I Hope it is not too taxing

The first H involves feathers and teeth.
The second comes from something magic
The third is a half-dozen mission needing Malcolm's scoring
      Pacta sunt servanda !!!

My initial thoughts are hound, hunt or horse but i haven't any further thoughts where any of those might lead.

Feathers and teeth make me think of Renard (and the Cock), but I can't think of an H, unless you aspirate Igor.

Malcolm's scoring? - Arnold, Sargent, Williamson or MacDonald ?

            Something magic? - hocus pocus?

Malcom Sargent recorded Grainger's 'Handel in the Strand' in 1931. (And George Malcolm often used to play it, as I recall.)

Mission and Malcolm's scoring - Film music and Arnold? (Low budget - The Dirty Half-Dozen?)

I don't understand any of that, bar an oblique Beatles reference in the mentions of Liverpool & the tax man...

                                W-w-w-what's going on?!

I think I am off the pace today....
"...the isle is full of noises,
Sounds and sweet airs, that give delight and hurt not.
                                Sometimes a thousand twangling instruments
Will hum about mine ears, and sometime voices..."
