I think it's HIGH TIME for mercia to entertain and delight us!

I don't know what that bit of 'andbags was all about nor do I really care.

          Who's doing H then?

OK - quick H to link Frank Lloyd Wright, Lily Pons and the Beatles

Oh, a sweet little voice at the back of the class is it? You just watch that I don't flick some ink pellets at you!

I think, re Goldfinger, they are transposed into E major (so the Gold 1 becomes E major/C major and back again, that sort of thing)

Tulen synty is the Finnish title of a cantata by Sibelius. It translates as 'Origin of Fire'. I guess Tapiola must have been referring to something else.

It's been said before but I'll say it again: one never ceases to learn from this thread. I am a Sibelius fan but had never heard of it !

That is a very relevant thing to ejaculate, Anna, though not the answer! Or was it just a random outburst of joy?

If the former, please go on and then we can have an Anna I and none of that 'oh I'm going offline for hours' mullarkey!!!!

I cannot say, probably sheer joy, but it would be unwise to speculate as to whether balls were involved in this. And, I am really offline now.
