        Definitely, fhg for the N

That was exhausting, but fun, Ammy. Hot towels all round!

... or bashing him on the head with a spoon? Only after the big Barcelona hint.
Mercs and rubbers got the real Music answers!

Well, you've only yourself to blame for this

              Tiomkin's might be drug-induced
              RVW's might have inspired Cage
              whilst Dvorak's sounds uncertain

              ... which N?

I'm glad you asked about that mercia, all it seemed to do was to take us to Withnail & I. Manuel Cuellar was a Spanish footballer wasn't he......? We seem to have bypassed the summary again. (vital for us slower ones!)

                    No idea Mercs!

Hold on... rubbers appears to have broken the 1 minute barrier for an answer ... well, assuming Noon is correct...

                    (Which it is... Silent Noon, Noonday Witch/Which &c. &c. What a s.... a... ! )
"...the isle is full of noises,
Sounds and sweet airs, that give delight and hurt not.
                    Sometimes a thousand twangling instruments
Will hum about mine ears, and sometime voices..."

                      Sorry, Ferney.

                      High Noon
                      Silent Noon
                      Noonday Which?

I won't draw your attention to how long that took

ONE minute!!! The new record, surely?
How did you manage to read and type a response in that time??

Astonishing! Go on: give the details!

Oh; I see you just have!

                          I'm staggered with admiration, Rubbers.

But you can't escape the next Over!

Before we go racing on, could the question posed by mercia and I about Cuellar be answered please?

I told you I was in a rush, Anna of Groin Gables

The M was Manuel as in

Manuel Penella who composed El Gato montes (trans as Wildcat)

manuel ponce - keen guitarist but not a nice name
and Manuel from Barthelona and Fawlty Towers and his pet rat Basil

Cuellar was another part of Snr Ponce's name, innit

                                Thank you, too kind

However, I would like to hand the baton back to you, or someone else.

Work is pressing and I have an early dinner engagement
