I cannot find anything for the first one, but the other two lead to Yugoslavia:
Cellist Antonio Janigro was on holiday in Yugoslavia in 1939 at the outbreak of World War 2 and was forced to remain there for the duration of the war.
The "No Smoking Orchestra" started in 1980 in Sarajevo (which was then in Yugoslavia).
I wish I could stay online long enough these days to tackle some of these very interesting puzzles... Moreover, am off to France tomorrow for a couple of days on the ceaseless quest for succulent patisserie &c &c..
