    Certainly no composer called Dartington
Didn't Imogen Holst set up Dartington? Although it's obviously not Dartington, I am baffled and need a cup of coffee to perk up the brain cells!

Yep, with the great William Glock et al.

Berio also worked at IRCAM (not a city, but suggesting Boulez) and once visited Huddersfield (not on a whim: he was featured at the Festival!) which might suggest the obscure Renaissance composer, Hugh de Sveldt?

Many thanks. A hospital visit that took longer than I expected to recuperate from (so, pain killers, not diesel fumes, cali: altho' they might've been useful!)

And he was associated with Tanglewood and Darmstadt, but again ...
The town is in USA. The other composer is Austrian.

                    Hoboken, New Jersey.

Hoboken was the Dutch musicologist who catalogued the works of Haydn.

Well done. Am51 for a C, I think (as he was the first to identify Berio), unless you want to take it on in his absence.

This C was certainly not of the pinky-plonk school. He created a buffa sensation and, posthumously, an enduring medley with a little help from a solution to #12934
