Sometimes a thousand twangling instruments

The person associated with 'The Queen' was neither depicted in it nor a member of the cast - but was arguably the most important person involved in the making of it. The name of the person mentioned in the title of The Hollies song does not begin with 'L'. 'L' was also popular with, and unofficially adopted by, people often to be found in armoured vehicles.
