I find a reference to Charlie Schmid and his percussion ensemble 'I Sing The Body Electric' performing Steve Reich's 'Drumming'.

But lost about Stockhausen - he did much that was electric, I'm sure.

Steve Reich Electric Counterpoint is what I think the question alluded to. I still cannot find anything to link Stockhausen to "electric" as distinct from "electronic".

If you follow the "synonyms" route ("corpse" = "body") you'll encounter synonyms for "room(s)" and "polyphony" that will be useful.
