OMG the clue has had the reverse effect!!!

You were right!! (the clue referred to "Des Canyons aux Etoiles" from Rubbers's "E" question). Take away the stars and you have - just Canyon... (and a Grand one at that)

You haven't missed a great deal... The Grand Canyon Suite was the filler on a Gershwin recording I used to have. Not great, to my ears anyway...
