Well done with Vera Nabokov, Vinteuil by a hair's breadth from Angle!!
Just the wartime favourite rendered in song by a 60s/70s pop superband to fo now

You got there in the end, Angle - Vera Lynn.
Responsible for that wartime cry of despair at the dinner table: 'Whale meat AGAIN???'
I think that Angle has earned the honour of giving us a WubbleEwe - bravo!

Well, Angle's out on the razz in Liverpool, Caliban is trolling around in his Interior Decorator Mode and his new lamp, I shall be unavailable to gentlemen callers, so, shall vinteuil or Ofca set the W or shall we all snuggle up with a nice cup of cocoa on the sofa? I think it was rubbers 100 mile bike ride yesterday, I do hope he hasn't got Lycra fatigue?
