Characters in operas
Rosmonda d'Inghilterra / Enrico II
Il templario
Die Heimkehr des Verbannten / Il proscritto (War of the Roses potboiler featuring Lord Arthur Norton )
by Otto Nicolai"...the isle is full of noises,
Sounds and sweet airs, that give delight and hurt not.
Sometimes a thousand twangling instruments
Will hum about mine ears, and sometime voices..."

OK, it's Odense:
Symphony in A minor "Odense" labelled K. 16a, initially attributed Mozart - discovered as a copy in the archives of the Municipal Symphony Orchestra in Odense, Denmark in 1982.
Hans Christian Andersen was born on 2nd April 1805 in Odense, Denmark ( I couldn't find any musical association).
Rossini: Sinfonia di Odense (A1948)Pacta sunt servanda !!!
