          No.

          Sufferin' Succotash.

Would you like any more hay-ulp?

It isn't anything to do with cartoons, much as I love them.

                Dagnabbitt!

I wondered for a sec if there was a cartoon buffalo! (And then about "Mousse" / Mickey Mouse ... )

The capital at the start of "Buffalo" does suggest the US city?

(And Holst's Mercury ... but Freddie of that elk, err ... ilk wasn't a Rapper, for all his cavortings with Monserrat Caballe .... )

                  Not Steve Reich.

This M is a long way from the States and not especially close to Accra.

Not necessarily Buffalo the US city.

                  And neither Mercury nor Monserrat.

The Buffalo musician was also a composer.

You are seeking his work as a composer.

                    OK........a film composer.

The work you need is a film starring Bogart.

What is there a greater number of Bogart films or places in the US called Buffalo?

Well, you have the other parts of the puzzle to guide you on the first.

What sort of name might sound German?

I'm not sure that anyone will get Buffalo - it isn't a place or an animal.

Also, in terms of part 3 which President might have been in attendance given a rapper was there too?
