Iolanta : last opera of Peter Ilyich Tchaikovsky ( libretto by Modest Tchaikovsky)
Iolanthe: opera Gilbert & Sullivan
The Fall and Rise of Reginald Perrin : written by David Nobbs who wanted Ronnie Barker to play the role of Perrin, whose middle name was Iolanthe because he was born during a performance of the Sullivan opera.
1 & 2 I knew, 3 was a search but jogged a memory.

I didn't know that bit about Ronnie Barker! My "Ronnie" was referring to Ronnie Hazlehurst, who wrote the Music for the TV series.
