Before ahinton reports this as being a defamatory post, Stevenson regards himself as a "Scottish composer" - though, as he was born in Lancashire (in the "wrong" Blackburn) to an English mother (and Scots father) and didn't move to Scotland until he was nearly thirty, I think this has to be taken with a dram of Lagavulin. (Mind you, after a dram of Lagavulin, I rather wish I was a Scot! )

Damn fine composer, whatever his Nationality - should've been mentioned by now on the "Neglected Brits" Thread.
