I like their pommes frites with mayonnaise above all else! Those roadside wagons parked in laybys were a must-stop once you crossed the border! (I had relatives who lived in Belgium for a few years hence frequent visits) As to your puzzle, I don't know, haven't really looked, but maybe I have given others another teensy-weensy cluette?

            You got her, anton -

Cecille Ousset, one-time French pianist won prizes in the competitions named after the characters mentioned. She used to give wonderful perfomances of Rachmaninov piano concerto no. 3 and Ravel Gaspard de la Nuit but she has retired because of a back problem, sadly.

            Ok anton - P please

completely off-topic but [unless there's something wrong with my computer] it looks as if the BBC has finally caught up with that Radio Downloader software that you introduced to us some time ago, Anton - it doesn't seem to work anymore

Thüring Bräm: Aloïse - Paris, c'est le paradis !

Cornélie Falcon (28 January 1814[1] – 25 February 1897) was a French soprano who sang at the Opéra in Paris. Her greatest success was creating the role of Valentine in Meyerbeer's Les Huguenots.
