I cannot get beyond "salt" at the minute. Saltarello is a triple time dance, Sundance Festival is in Salt Lake City, "Tears seven times salt" is a quotation from Hamlet referring to, but not actually spoken by, Ophelia.

But any possible relevance to "E" - if it exists - evades me...

I've got this double CD. The titles of three particular tracks are, respectively, words spoken by Ophelia, the name of a Polish dance, and Sun-Dance (hyphenated). The performances can reasonably be described as authoritative, conducted as they are by the composer.

Yes. 'E' is a very well-known musical figure who links - indeed composed - the three elements listed.

Elgar's 1st Wand of Youth suite contains sections called Sun Dance and Minuet, then, if I'm going in the right direction, Serenade, or, if it's the other direction Fairy Pipers. To be honest I have no idea what Ophelia said.
