Voice is correct as are the two CGs. The other clue relates to a work by a chip off another, percussive Bloch.

well without googling the 2nd and third works should have St Petersburg and maqam (or alternative spelling) in the titles. Don't know the composer off the top of my head, but I'll have a little think....
