So to resume we have Ilan Volkov, conductor of the Iceland Philharmonic conducted some Cage during Proms 2012 for the last element.

The first element is Solomon Volkov then - his "Testimony" was based allegefly on conversations with Shostakovich; and he presumably did a similar job those other coves...

.. I once visited Birmingham. My hosts, representing the city, made sure I was impressed by all I saw. They made the point that there were more canals there than anyone knew - that they were verily "The Venice of the North". They will be so miffed that they don't feature on Caliban's link!

It was gorgeously melting, flavoursome and cooked to perfection, thanks for asking! The whole roasted garlic bulbs were also totally yumpticious as were all the other trimmings and fol-de-rols.
