I am feeling particularly lax... a rather testing few days haven't left me with enough brain cells to tackle AA. Might we have an Anna's law summary of the last one, it seems to have been challenging The Forum's most agile minds for some time and I've lost track

Yes it is. First set of operatic roles were Brünnhilde (a soprano role), Siegfried (a tenor role), Wotan ( a bass role...well, some would argue bass-baritone at a push), Oberon (a counter-tenor or male alto). Similarly for the second set of roles.
