well, I'm sure The manuscripts of Beethoven, RVW, Tippett, and Bridgetower are all to be found in the British Library

... and I see the BL has the Tuning fork Beethoven gave to Bridgetower...

Not Tippett but Gustav Holst, vints but the rest is correct - Beethoven gave his tuning fork to Bridgetower and it subsequently was passed via several others from Holst to RVW ... and it now sits in a glass case in The British Library

          It's over to U, vints

"...the isle is full of noises,
Sounds and sweet airs, that give delight and hurt not.
            Sometimes a thousand twangling instruments
Will hum about mine ears, and sometime voices..."

Which U might connect an American première with a Bath organist, father of Titania and Oberon, and a forward-looking 19th century Italian choral work?

The Bath organist and composer is much more famous for his work in another sphere...

So it wd be nice to have the other two - the American first, and the forward Italian work...

if Uranus is the overall answer, I have no idea of the rest

The Italian work is by a very famous and popular opera composer...

The American production is very early...

Could the American be James Lyon?

                              Wiki:
While living in Philadelphia, Lyon produced his Urania, or A Choice Collection of Psalm-Tunes, Anthems and Hymns in 1761. This contained many English tunes as well as six original works by Lyon, including; Two Celebrated Verses by Sternhold and Hopkins an Anthem taken from the 150th Psalm and the 104th Psalm by Dr. Watts. Though many early historians stated that Urania was a failure, it was the first music collection compiled by an American composer and rather progressive and influential.
