Never heard of Round the Horne? You must be incredibly young then! It's almost become a National Institution and if you like camp humour, you'll love Julian and Sandy.

Edit: Thanks to subcontra for the heads up re Radio 7, hadn't realised they were repeating at the mo got it on now! Actually, listening now, it is just so non-PC isn't it?

My two favourite J &S quotes are the Bona Law sketch where Horne is seeking legal advice and is informed "We have a criminal practice that takes up most of our time" and the one where J & S are explaining to Horne how they were washed overboard ship "And did you manage to drag yourselves up on deck?" asks Horne. "Oooh no, we was just wearing our casuals..."

EDIT: Tapiola, where do you think Julian Clary got his whole persona from? Strongly reccommend you purchase the two double album CDs from the BBC featuring all the Julian and Sandy sketches. Classic stuff.

I'm really glad my J&S reference has caused a smile on everyones face, Bona, that's what it is, Bona!

As to Caliban not being able to accept (late lunch is it then or an early finish?) If he cannot grasp Tapiola's baton (oooh!) then I'm easy (she ain't 'alf bold!) and as I've solved one and set one to everyones satisfaction (further ooohs! and get 'er! the little Minx!) and I'll not be around much now as I have to prepare an Indian in the kitchen (no, I won't go there!)

So I'll leave it to you boys to decide who wants a quick pick up and a possibly satisfactory finish!
