                              There's a reference in "The Hearse Concerto" that I'm not getting - and no one else is either, judging by the sound of silence...

                              Are the three elements references to the titles of pieces by this K? Or are there different individuals involved, all with the name K? And is your use of 'Christian name' as opposed to 'first name' significant?
