I'm surprised that no-one has latched on to what is possibly Ives' most famous short orchestral piece

Agreed mercia, cracking question - right poser and no mistake

I was thinking Question (as in Unanswered) last night. But how does that link with Handel, is the question. And the criminals... Billy the Kid occupied my attention for a while but got me nowhere Q-wise.

I have a feeling the bleeding obvious is staring us in the face...

Search me guv... and I have to get ready to drive down into 'the country' for luncheon so sadly I shall be but a fleeting presence, Anna-like.. and then not at all till later

I'm agog to know the answer to this one. Is BIlly the Quid irrelevant...? Ives - Copland - American thing going on...?

I'm afraid tis totally irrelevant, Calibs

Have a good drive & enjoy your luncheon - is Entwistle* driving you down in the Hispanic-Squeezer?

*I heard this was the name of your new man - recent appointment is he?

Not at all - We know that the answer is Question - you have spotted the Ivesian conection cloughie but have not made it explicit. I've given several clues re the Handelian connection but can give more if required. The young criminal clue is easy to google

You know me cloughie - I like to keep things moving ... unlike some

Handel - 1707 - could the three works be ATTRIBUTED to Handel and therefore QUESTIONABLE??
