... an R which might bring together French art nouveau, a silversmith, and troubadors and weavers?
First thought was that this might be a seasonal puzzle about saints - patron saints, often of disparate groups like silversmiths, troubadours and weavers... But the latter have St Maurice, troubadours have Saint Philippe Néri... so I have abandoned the thought...
