Sounds and sweet airs, that give delight and hurt not.

Sounds like something nasty! and medical! The South Walian word for chattering is to Chops. As in 'she's dead chopsy' and 'we were chopsing and chopsing for hours and never got to the bottom'
Goodness me! 'Manchester' kind of popped into my head, but I never dreamt that it was actually the answer! I shall devise an 'N' forthwith. (I did wonder about Elgar Howarth).
