Epiphany (January 6th, therefore first although last)
adding up to Respighi's Feste Romane.
A good team effort, but perhaps Caliban has the edge as he mentioned Festivals and the Oktoberfest?

But nothing to do with the answer, inc Getafix (or rather, Panoramix... In Serbia, he's known as Aspirinix - not many people (outside Serbia) know that...)
