A 'B' to link: a 1st symphony; a ground for keyboard; and a song often found on Christmas albums.

Quasimodo would have made a great Detective. He always had a hunch.

Where's Anna? Hope she hasn't got the hump....
"...the isle is full of noises,
Sounds and sweet airs, that give delight and hurt not.
            Sometimes a thousand twangling instruments
Will hum about mine ears, and sometime voices..."

Does nobody want the C question? Is it Cursed?

I'm going to a neighbour's 70th tonight (married couple, one was 70 last Tuesday, the other today so 2 parties! )

I don't know where Anna is. No doubt she'll flutter back like the angel she is, wave her wand, spread magic over the board, then float off-line as she does!

I'm out all day tomorrow, so let's hope that one of those people who know the answer shows his or her hand before I go to bed. (Rachmaninov isn't involved, by the way).

                    Is Purcell?

Looks like you're out this evening as well!

                        No, Purcell isn't involved either.

What magic - now were it you and Mrs F you'd settle for one bash last weekend. Enjoy your evening, meanwhile be prepared to be set up for the C.

I got distracted with the W, And Titus Groan and the castle of Gormenghast, Titus Oates and Perjury and Sodomy, which led me to Wakeman. Thence to Genesis. At which stage, I decided I should lie down for a whille before I logged in again ...... being of a nervous disposition, plus Oliver Plunkett!

He will, I am sure, throw three Euros in the fountain for me. Or, more likely, throw me in the fountain in exchange for three Euros ......

Better call for teamsaint! I'd actually sussed that out - Phil Spector's Christmas Album!
