Someone called Eric Bonneau appears to have written a song called

            A Fork in the Road.

            Any good to you?

Or Eric Dolphy playing 'Mack the Knife'? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R3628Pn7exM

Have to be offline for a while now...

Erik Satie as in musique d’ameublement
Eric the accidentally bisected bee (yes you are quite right, subby, Eric Idle too, I hadn't noticed)
                      Eric Cutler the American tenor.

                      <phew glad that's over> emoticon

Fantastic, we got there in the end. Now for a Fight between subby & Calibs over who's not going to do the F!

Eric Ewazen wrote Roaring Fork quintet for wind instruments. But I see I am too late, and it's wrong, but I just thought I'd say. I remember I used him when I set a question involving kitchen utensils.

                              Braver man than I, Flay!

Anna, are you around for a while? Unless scb would like it, do you fancy setting the F? I'm in and out for an hour then offline for a function from 5.30 for I don't know how long...

No, I'm not around. I merely thought that I would inject another Eric and his Fork into the proceedings as an item of cutlery in classical composition, out of interest, that tableware can inspire
I really think Subcontra got more points than you so the F is his. Pray the answer to his puzzle is not Fork ...
