Well, I started off working it all out from fiddling with the font and formatting buttons, the insert table button, colours etc.
After it was nearly finished I discovered that if you click on the "Switch editor to WYSIWYG Mode" button A/A on the top left above, you can simply copy and paste from the BBC website, and then re-write the words.
