I got to bed remarkably promptly, for a Saturday night, in view of the need to get to the far side of central London today among the thronging subjects... but woke up for no apparent reason at 5.30. Fancied a quick cup of tea and then thought I was the current AA setter and ought to check in to see if there had been any early bird / worm phenomena. Indeed there had.
