I think it's had just the one outing - praps frenchie's having problems finding the replacement batteries ... or has it been requisitioned for Jubbly duties?

Well.... Marlene Dietrich, of course... but I've been scrabbling around for an N without success.

Got to attend to some practical things, and nip out for a bit now...

        It's a real tickler, ammy!

O Lord - you're not dragging Mr Dentressangle in here again are you!?

Could the wobbly first be Herr Brainin - first violin of the Amadeus... Did he have a pronounced vibrato?

Forgotten the flippin' question... Hang on...

                        Ah! Ahem... yes... Schumann's mate...

Well it's this cove I suspect:

Robert Schumann, who arranged for the posthumous publication of Burgmüller's two symphonies, and completed the orchestration of the scherzo of the unfinished Symphony No. 2, wrote in a memorial notice that no death was more deplorable than that of Norbert Burgmüller since the early death of Franz Schubert.

                              So for Anna's Law purposes:

                              - a wobbly first: Norbert Brainin, first violin of the Amadeus Quartet
                              - a composer much-admired by Robert Schumann: Norbert Bergmüller
                              - and a song sung by Connie and Amanda and some husky Cherman voman: Norbert Schultze's "Lili Marleen"

I shall be back by and by with an O for the night shift.

"...the isle is full of noises,

Ten percussionists, spoken word performers and doubtless some garbagemen were Knaackered by this O
