The reference is to one of the Bruckner Masses, perhaps?
Yes, all of the masses have it.Pacta sunt servanda !!!

Not sure about Bruckner, does only one of his mass settings (No. 2 in E minor) contain a through-composed Credo ?
I wil be going away later today until the end of next week. My internet access will be subject to available wifi and the opportunities to escape from Mrs Flay who is expecting my devoted attention the whole time...
What will be the Object of your desires, mercia?Pacta sunt servanda !!!

I wonder how Flay is getting to the Highlands and Islands? Can you fly I wonder because otherwise it would take days and days to drive ...... not that a car would be much use up there because - they're islands!
As to mercia's puzzle, I don't have a solution, I got as far as Mily (if it's Balakirev and not Mily Cyrus) with an O but then floundered on, presumably Benji is Britten but couldn't get an O. So, it's just to let mercia know, I have been having a go!

Doh emoticon! At 17:40 have just got the second link to the first!! It's so obvious, obscure Benjamin still eludes. But offline now until late so over to others to solve. I may have a fit of the vapors!Last edited by Guest; 10-05-12, 16:53.
