I'd quite like to donate this to cloughie if he's willing

La Traviata - drinking song - Brindisi - Alfredo, Act 1
Bartered Bride - Act 2 drinking song "To beer"
not too sure what bits of Burana are about drinking, perhaps the whole thing
wiki says there are 40 drinking and gaming songs in the original

Well done, mercs! Correct in each particular.

I think Anna or ferney should set the next, as they jointly inspired the D with this: http://www.for3.org/forums/showthrea...648#post159648

                  Anna's done some more deleting...

In re: August, I saw no duvet-based evidence either way, I just assumed August hadn't gone there to play scrabble, and that there's been no sign of Saga being backwards about coming forwards either!

I was only deleting because I could not see what went on, was it edited in the Guardian blog?

OK, an E to link Joe Orton, Robbie Williams and Gene Kelly
