I have a chicken bhuna of an A which I could lay before the company, if desired?

I plucked Zodiac from some recess of my subconscious, so have at least one dib on an A I think...

Sounds and sweet airs, that give delight and hurt not.
      Sometimes a thousand twangling instruments
Will hum about mine ears, and sometime voices..."

I wouldn't've got anywhere without Anna's nudge towards the Zodiac, so I've no objection to Cali's subconscious creations if she hasn't!

Well if Wiki is to be believed:

In English, the word is singular, i.e. "rollmop" the plural being "rollmops" or "rollmop herrings"[1] though sometimes treated as both singular and plural. In German, the word Rollmops is singular with the umlaut-plural form Rollmöpse. The name 'rollmops' is German in origin, originating from the words rollen (to roll) and Mops (German name of pug dogs / "blockhead").
rollmops are commonly served as part of the German Katerfrühstück (hangover breakfast)
