Shall we desist from rudelet words and pork pies (my butcher hand raises his for a mere £1.50) and concentrate on Am's puzzle?
What B, American resident musician but world traveller, would have possibly preferred a Havana but is known to have preferred an SD-10 and died a mysterious death?

Come along now ladies & gents, I have to toddle off by 18:30.

We're looking for a product of Havana; and something this B person preferred in its SD-10 form that shares a name with a Prime Minister who served under 3 monarchs (there's only been one such person)

                          Simples
