The J is part of the name of two of the composers and a work by the other.

... is the word links significant?

Might we, fr'instance, be talking joins - joints - junctions - junctures ??

Hmm; Anna's Joseph fits the bill (Haydn, Holbrooke & Beethoven's Cantata on the Death of Emporer Joseph) - I think a little extra hint might be useful?

I'm not sure what that means, cloughie. Is the J part of the name of a work by the other, or is it a work by the other?
