... then the passing affair reference... then the emergence from trap 3 of the toxic one amid the gurgling of the flushing lav. (Where's a :vomit: smiley when you need one???)
You can always rely on Caliban for exquisite detail
I'd be inclined to offer Caliban first refusal, as his detail was far superior.
Perhaps the two of you would like to toss a metaphorical coin or something? Or exchange PMs and come up with a fiendish joint question? You're equally deserving of the honour of setting the next question.

Tapiola was the first to mention 'Tuxedo Junction', while Caliban added the exquisite detail (to quote Colin Powell). I would be inclined to offer 'N' to Tapiola, if that's OK with Caliban.

Reason: revision
Claiming the majority of the solution, is it Anna's O?
Well, I just knew it was Nono (pub quiz mode again!) but rubbernecker has more knowledge than me with regard to Intoleranza so I'm willing for him to continue with O as I have nothing prepared and today is a Rugby afternoon! (England v Italy just started and then it's Scotland v Wales)
