    i think your response was perfect, given the circumstances john wright! it's not a subject that you might choose to stop, discuss with strangers more thoroughly afterall!

    however, isn't life temporarily totally bonkers occasionally?

    even more bonkers, those on the receiving end as described on this thread, are the ones trying to rationalise random incidents in retrospect....motivation being the thing that gets people wondering most.

    coincidentally, 'random' is a key phrase with the youth roundabout...or at least 'totally random' is used alot. not necessarily in a negative way...it's useage is flexible, often it's quite good and what the rest of us might refer to as 'a nice suprise'.

    As in the song: "Arz is a nice arrse arz is / It's got no rats or marziz... "

    i'm not familiar with that one vinteuil.... is it sung by over familiar pearly queens and kings?
