An interesting week of political and media witnesses, including Mandy this afternoon but the real interest lies on Thursday when we have Jeremy Hunt's two friends under Mr Jay's scalpel
"...the isle is full of noises,
Sounds and sweet airs, that give delight and hurt not.
Sometimes a thousand twangling instruments
Will hum about mine ears, and sometime voices..."
Mandy is wearing his feline quiet menacing seriousness persona this afternoon indicating most clearly that he is the authority in the room and will have none of that black arts stuff from that chap Jay ... to think that he was a cat's whisker away from being prime minister .... he is magnificient at implying threat whilst appearing so sensible and well mannered ...
wow Yates of teh yard just had his eyes scratched out by Mandy

Mandy's not becoming Prime Minister was almost as good as Michael Heseltine's thwarting ... almost!
Double-edged sword - if Leveson has them on they probably won't add much but if he doesn't have them on they moan & kvetch like billy-o.
Damage limitation I'd say
It's becoming a circus parade of celebby journalists/presenters. Not sure it's a good idea
