Oh, come on. Don't hold back. Surely you can make up some other jibes. Why not call them racists, perverts and psychopaths too? After all, there's just the same amount of evidence for that as there is for the other character traits you list.
It's a bit like a seesaw, isn't it? Tolerant in some ways and as intolerant as it ever has been in others ...
Exactly!
There will always be intolerance and prejudice in society against one group and the other, not least practised by those who always claim the moral high ground in such matters.
However sincere conviction should never be confused with unthinking intolerance (as it is often outrageously and quite deliberately portrayed by opponents with their very own ulterior motivation?).

One needs to be careful here! One could be completely sincere in being convinced that women are inferior to men. Sincerity could outbid all evidence to the contrary, if one has not examined it or been persuaded to the contrary. It is possible to be completely sincere in one's convictions, and be a complete idiot.

To whom are you referring? I assume I am included in your attack as usual, but if you can find any evidence to back up that allegation then I would like to see it.
As I have previously said, I am very fond of the fairer sex. Indeed I spend much of my time looking at photographs of them on this very computer......
Patriotism is supporting your country all the time, and your government when it deserves it.
Of course, but even sincere idiots like you and I are entitled to our opinions in a genuinely tolerant society, S_A ... ?
I was referring to Ms Brooks' shameful prejudice against 'grumpy old men' which appears to have escaped some members here.
Can you just imagine the furore coming from the likes of Mr Skelton and others if any 'grumpy old man' had referred to Ms Brooks as an 'eye-fluttering young(er) woman'?.
Stereotypes are often applied to both sexes and all ages and the relatively-privileged Ms Brooks is hardly worthy of any sympathy in that regard.
Furthermore, it rather astounds me that all the great bastions of the liberal Left here are suddenly rushing to defend this blatant ageism and sexism.

Attack? What 'attack'? Calm down dear
Your blatant phnurr-phnurr sexism is so ... 1950s! Not even Cameron talks about women like you do.

Grumpy old men?
Here's a classic grumpy old man - a real rip-snorter
Cardinal Keith O’Brien, leader of the Roman Catholic Church in Scotland, accused the Prime Minister of attempting to ‘redefine marriage’ for a ‘small minority of activists’.
