I had to search hard to find a reference to Cyprus, which is currently relevant. It features in the list of countries with low unemployment in the original list by our OP. I suspect that if things don't improve, a lot of people there will be unemployed. Equally, in the original table, Cuba is shown as having low unemployment but compared with the UK it is not great. Many people don't have just one job, but several, in order to try to make ends meet. There are also state food hand outs, and a form of rationing. However the climate at this time of the year is much better in Cuba than the UK, and possibly in Cyprus too!
