Charles chaplin - modest composer & lesser conductor

There are so many impeccably informed types on 'tut 4UMM that I'm sure will be able to help with this mystery clip.

What we do know is that was a recording of a new score for Charles Chaplin's The Kind composed by the man himself. 1972, I think.

I'm off the impression that this is a London session for sure but I have no hard information as to the studio or musical director.

    Can anyone help.

ps. please don't read the comments section on You Tube - it just goes vile with rancour in, I would have to say, in an American way de jour.

Well, I've now been able to confirm that the conductor is Eric Rogers. Musical doyen of the Carry On series. The date is more likely to be 1971 but I'd still like to know in what studio the recording is taking place.
